The Central Austin Combined Neighborhood Planning Area [CACNPA] is located in the central part of Austin’s Urban Core. It is composed of the Hancock, North University, and West University Neighborhood Planning Areas. The Central Austin Combined Neighborhood plan was adopted by City Council on August 26, 2004.
